Summary: The first doctoral program established at Trine University and the only fully accredited DPT program in the Fort Wayne region, the Doctor of Physical Therapy program is an intensive three-year, full-time program that once complete will prepare you to sit for licensure and finally practice in a clinical setting. The program consists of lectures, labs, and clinical education with an emphasis on real patient care experiences.

Students will complete the didactic and practical learning in the new Brooks College of Health Professions center in Fort Wayne, Indiana, using state-of-the-art classrooms, clinical skills labs and gross anatomy lab. The program partners with many local health providers, including Parkview Health and Lutheran Health Network, for clinical education during the first two years of the program as well as full-time internships in the final year.
