T Level Health

Summary

T Levels are new hands-on, technical qualifications equivalent to three A Levels. This two-year qualification is for recent school-leavers who are looking to gain the knowledge and skills to work in the health sector. T-Levels offer a mix of classroom learning and ‘on-the-job’ experience during an industry placement. This technical course gives the necessary knowledge and skills for a career in the health sector, providing a sound base for entry into the workforce or as an apprentice. Also, successful completion of this qualification opens doors for advancing to higher education courses and further training opportunities.

Explore the dynamics of the health and science sector, emphasising good scientific and clinical practices, as well as infection prevention and control in a health-specific setting. Develop essential practical and technical skills for the sector. In the second year, there is an option to specialise in either an adult nursing or mental health nursing pathway.
