Summary

T Levels are new hands-on, technical qualifications equivalent to three A Levels. This two-year qualification is for recent school-leavers who are looking to gain the knowledge and skills to work in the IT sector, particularly networking and cyber security. T-Levels offer a mix of classroom learning and ‘on-the-job’ experience during an industry placement. This technical course gives the necessary knowledge and skills for a career in IT providing a sound base for entry into the workforce, or as an apprentice. Also, successful completion of this qualification opens doors for advancing to higher education courses and further training opportunities.

You will gain an understanding of network infrastructure and its components, along with troubleshooting and technical support. The central content concentrates on understanding business contexts, environments, data, storage, digital analysis, computational thinking, and digital environments. This includes hardware and software solutions, networks, and virtual infrastructure. It equips you with the knowledge and skills required to effectively plan, execute, and test infrastructure projects.
