Summary

Saint Louis University's Master of Social Work and Master of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice dual-degree program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive education in both disciplines. SLU students complete the main required elements of each degree program, including 36 credits of M.S.W. coursework and 21 credits of criminology and criminal justice coursework for a total of 57 credit hours to earn the dual degree.

Students who have completed a bachelor's degree in social work from an eligible, CSWE-accredited program can receive up to 15 credits of advanced standing toward a Master of Social Work at Saint Louis University. Students can complete the dual degree while pursuing either the clinical or community and organization concentrations within the M.S.W. degree program.
