Summary

Have you considered all the ways we communicate with each other and with the world? Social media, online news, phone calls, texting, emails, broadcast TV, the radio—these are just a few of the ways technology has made an impact on sharing information, ideas, and messages—one-on-one and one-to-many. At Post University, our Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies explores concepts in traditional and digital communications to provide learning experiences you could use to develop and enhance your personal and professional communication skills.

Coursework for your bachelor’s degree program examines the convergence of three aspects of today’s society—media, technology, and communication. From there, coursework covers the traditional and digital media communication skills that are often used to meet the needs of our content-driven information society. The program also looks at current and emerging technologies while investigating relevant legal and ethical implications of what you could use those technologies to accomplish.
